In modern warehouses and logistics facilities, where forklifts travel between racking systems tens of thousands of times each day, rack aisle ends are among the most critical impact zones. Damage to infrastructure, goods, and equipment is a common risk. For this project, the solution was A-SAFE polymer safety barriers.

Protection for rack aisle ends works by absorbing and dissipating impact energy. The flexible polymer material absorbs collisions from forklifts and then returns to its original shape without permanent damage. It prevents direct contact with the load-bearing rack structure, enhances the stability of the entire racking system, and helps reduce the risk of costly repairs. Thanks to its high visibility, it also helps prevent accidents while providing long-term protection with minimal maintenance requirements.
